You constantly remind yourself what you need to forget. It feels like you scratch your wounds and feel the pain over and over again. How will you heal in this way? You need time and peace to heal your wounds instead of scratching them. You need to divert your path from hurting to healing. You need to focus on growth. You need to give another chance to yourself. Create new memories and gradually those painful memories fade away.
